Within walking distance there are sea sports facilities. Bicycle rentals and trail maps can be arranged. The centre of Possidi is 2.5 km away. The Temple of Poseidon and the century-old lighthouse are within 1 km.

Macedonia Airport (SKG), is 110km away. An hour and ten minutes (1:10') drive from Amarrylis.
